Thomas Skeoch is an Associate at Colliers specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and land properties throughout the greater Sacramento region. His practice spans landlord and tenant representation, as well as advisory services for buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
Before transitioning into brokerage, Thomas began his career as a Research Associate at Colliers, where he developed expertise in market analytics, underwriting, and transaction data. This foundation allows him to deliver a research-driven, strategic approach to every deal, providing clients with actionable insights and creative solutions.
Growing up in Sacramento has given Thomas not only a strong knowledge of the market but also long-standing connections with many of the region’s business owners and property stakeholders. As an active member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), he continues to expand his network and strengthen his ability to connect clients with the right opportunities.
Thomas studied Business and Economics at the University of Oregon, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. This academic background, paired with his brokerage and research experience, enables him to approach transactions with analytical rigor and an entrepreneurial mindset.
He takes pride in being highly responsive and fostering long-term relationships that extend beyond individual transactions—helping clients position their real estate strategies for both immediate and future success. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys skiing, water skiing, and traveling.
