Tom Southern specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail, and light industrial properties in Alameda and West Contra Costa counties. He represents buyers and sellers of stabilized leased-investments, value-add investments, owner-occupier properties, and development opportunities. Tom advises landlords and tenants on leasing of new space; on lease extensions, expansions and contractions; and on subleasing and early lease terminations.
Tom volunteers as a board member of North Atlantic Books, a nonprofit organization based in Berkeley, where he previously held the role of board chair from 2012 to 2014.
