Bio
Thomas joined PMAT in 2024.
Previously, he held an internship with SRSA, a commercial real estate brokerage, property management, asset management and investment company in the Greater New Orleans and the Gulf South. Thomas’ responsibilities at PMAT include market research, underwriting analysis, leasing, and asset management.
As a native of Louisiana, he attended Louisiana State University where he received a B.S. in Marketing. During his time at LSU, he was actively involved in Greek life as a member of the Theta Xi Fraternity and frequently participated with various LSU School of Business events like entrepreneur case competitions.
Thomas is now a member of Los Hijos, a group made for young professionals in the CRE Industry.
