Thuyan (TweeAnn) Tran is the Co-founder and Managing Principal of Oxford Realty, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of Multifamily Investments. Her expertise has led to the successful closure of numerous large multi-family investment portfolios, totaling over $250 million in sales transactions and earning her the prestigious Costar Power Broker Award. Thuyan dominates the market share in Hartford county, consistently achieving top-dollar sales and maintaining a position as a leading producer. Her vast knowledge in the commercial real estate business and local market conditions makes her an essential resource to her clients. She offers exceptional skills in servicing her 1031 Exchange clients but more importantly has the ability to access inventory that is not available to the general public. Each and every transaction is given a comprehensive approach based on first-hand experience while simultaneously meeting the needs and financial goals of her clients. Prior to co-founding Oxford Realty, Thuyan served as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, where she ranked among the top 0.05% of agents nationwide within the network. Her achievements have earned her numerous industry accolades, including the CoStar Power Broker Award for Hartford County and recognition as one of the Hartford Business Journal's 2024 Real Estate Power 25, honoring the most influential professionals shaping Connecticut's commercial real estate landscape.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Thuyan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. In addition to advising clients, she is an active real estate investor, providing valuable firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges faced by property owners and investors.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Thuyan is deeply committed to giving back to her community.
