Tiffany Adams is the Vice President of Operations at LOCATION. Commercial Real Estate, overseeing the administrative staff, handling all HR functions and coordinating employee events as well as managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. She continuously works to streamline daily activities and implement procedures to provide the company with the tools to create a more effective and proficient work environment. As a perpetual problem solver, Tiffany focuses on the day to day operation of the office and maintains all sales and leasing agent relations, such as license compliance, invoices and commissions. Tiffany works closely with LOCATION’s principals to monitor company policies and research new ideas for the company.
In addition to managing the daily operations, Tiffany works with our sales and leasing agents to create site selection packages, draft letters of intent and listing agreements, manage research projects, update marketing materials and assist with various other tasks.
Tiffany is experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Google Earth Pro, Regis Online and is proficient in numerous mapping and demographic programs.
