Tiffany brings over 20 years of marketing and commercial real estate experience to the CBRE Reno Investment Properties team. As a dedicated marketing specialist collaborating with Aiman Noursoultanova in the investment properties sector, Tiffany works with partners and a diverse client base to craft customized strategies that achieve client goals and drive success. She is familiar with a variety of transactions across commercial property types including retail, office, multifamily, student housing, and land properties. Her team has successfully closed over $2.5 billion in transactions.
Through a combination of strategic marketing and broker support, Tiffany has helped facilitate the successful sale of many key properties in the Reno area. Notable transactions include the sale of the Park Lane Mall land, which was later redeveloped into the Reno Experience District; the Reno Gazette Journal building, which has since transformed into the City of Reno Public Safety Center; the market’s largest office building sale; and the market’s largest student housing sale, among others.
Tiffany holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a B.A. in Journalism from California State University, Chico. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she has over 15 years of volunteer experience with non-profits. She has contributed her time to events such as TEDxUniversityofNevada and TEDxReno, as well as to organizations like the American Marketing Association, where she served as a past president of the Reno-Tahoe chapter. Her previous work experience also includes roles at the former Trammell Crow Company and Warner Bros. Pictures.
