Tiffany is the Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the Charlotte, North Carolina office. She joined Colliers in 2025, bringing more than 22 years of real estate experience, including extensive expertise in advisory and global occupier services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Tiffany spent 12+ years at CBRE in roles dedicated to the leadership of major multi-market accounts, such as EY with oversight of transaction management, project management, facilities management, hospitality, and overall executive relationship management. Immediately prior to her role supporting EY, she served as the Global Director on CBRE’s Google account where she had responsibility for strategy development, governance and change management across all service lines. Before her tenure with the Google Account, she led transactions for the Bon Secours Mercy Account.
Prior to CBRE, Tiffany worked as a brokerage advisor at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in healthcare transaction advisory.
