Tim Castello is responsible for land acquisition, entitlement, construction, project development, government affairs, leasing and sales at Brass Cap Development.
Tim is a life-long Nevadan with a diverse range of industry expertise, including nearly two decades of experience in development, land entitlements, brokerage and civil construction and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Brass Cap team.
Tim is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Nevada and a qualified employee for a Class A general engineering contractor license. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a member of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, and is also CCIM-designated (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
Tim’s educational background includes the UNLV School of Business, the Construction Estimating Institute including Estimating & Project Management and the CCIM institute.
