Tim joined Carter Jonas from JLL, where he spent 28 years in senior industrial and logistics roles, most recently as Head of UK Multi-Let Industrial & Logistics. His expertise covers multi-let estates, mid-box and urban logistics, multi-storey industrial, land intensification, sustainability and development. He is a former Chair of the Industrial Agents Society and sits on the BPF Industrial Committee.
