Tim Cox Associates, commercial property agents have been established for over 35 years specialising in commercial property sales and commercial property for rent. Prior to this Tim Cox worked for a large firm of Chartered Surveyors in Birmingham, Chesshire Gibson & Company (now merged with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung) from 1974 to 1986 qualifying as an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1980.
