Career Highlights Since starting his career in 1977, Tim has been involved in over 500 transactions including the sale of over 3,000 acres of land and 23 million square feet of buildings valued at more than $225,000,000. Tim was responsible for the sale of the ProLogis Park 70, Aurora Business Center, the Centennial Airport Center, the North American Van Lines Distribution facility, and other various projects across the Metropolitan area. He has leased numerous projects such as Park Technology Center, Chaparral Business Park, Hampden Business Park, NCI I & II, and many more. He has been actively marketing office, industrial, R/D and land properties in the Front Range for over 20 years through many cycles in the market. He has had experience with companies ranging from the National Corporate User to the local land, office and industrial property owner. Tim has consistently placed in the top 10 percent of industrial brokers in Denver. Most recently, Tim was involved in a large sale/lease back involving a sophisticated purchase by a major real estate investment trust.
Education Tim graduated from Dartmouth College in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is a member and has been on the board of directors for the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors.
