Bio
Tim Hance is an equity partner of Prime retail. He has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of retail leasing, investment agency and professional work, including shopping centre development and asset management.
Tim is an expert in shopping centre and High Street leasing and disposals and advising retailers on acquisition programmes. Over the past 12 months, he has acted for PwC on the Phones 4u administration, dealing with 560 stores across the UK; rolled out a leasing strategy across five shopping centres for M&M Asset Management and negotiated pre-lettings for two new retail-led developments in Dover and Orpington. In addition, he advises Thomas Cook, Holland & Barrett and Scope, among others, on disposal and acquisition strategies/implementation.
