Since joining Lincoln Property Company in 1998, Tim Incerto has directed the successful performance of a variety of CBD office assets and has provided strong leadership to the growth and development of the property management team. Tim has extensive experience in developing CBD office buildings and upgrading marketing image from class B to class A status. He is currently responsible for a 1.1-million- square-foot office building where he has successfully completed and projected managed a multi-year multi-million dollar redevelopment of main building lobbies, amenities, elevator modernization, chiller plant, life safety system, and plazas. He directed the redevelopment of a loft manufacturing facility into one of the market’s first telecom carrier hotel properties. Tim supervises the management of several properties in the CBD. Over his 29-year career, Tim has managed several prominent class A high-rise office building in the CBD affiliated with the John Buck Company, BCE Properties/Brookfield Development, and Equitec Properties. Tim is a member of BOMA Chicago, and is actively involved in the Energy and Sustainability Committees. Tim is a graduate of Baylor University in Texas with a BBA in Business Administration and Marketing, and is a Real Property Administrator (RPA).
