Tim R. Luten brings over 48 years of experience in investment real estate to his clients, with a deep expertise in the Albuquerque market. A native of Albuquerque, Tim’s extensive knowledge of the area and its apartment sector has made him a trusted advisor for clients seeking professional guidance in the analysis, purchase, and sale of investment properties. Tim specializes in financial strategy development, asset acquisition and management, and asset disposition. Outside of his professional achievements, Tim is a dedicated family man, married to his wife Sharon for over 46 years. Together, they have three adult children and are active members of Risen Savior Catholic Community. A passionate hardball player, Tim has won numerous tournaments, including a state title.
Currently, Tim is leading a movement to organize groups to place flags at the National Cemetery in honor of Memorial Day. A proud member of the Cherokee Nation, Tim continues to contribute to his community both professionally and personally.
