Tim Post brings an extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry to NewGen Advisory. Prior to becoming a broker, Tim was in hotel operations for 20 years, primarily working in sales and marketing.
After his success in commercial sales, Tim entered brokerage focusing on hotels, where his specialty is advising owners and consulting with first-time buyers to acquire what is suitable for them to maintain. Tim is pleased to be a part of NewGen Advisory, leading The Post Team with his son, Andrew.
Tim Post resides in Thousand Oaks, California with his wife of 34 years and their five children.
