Bio
Tim joined Harworth in March 2016, bringing valuable client-side experience from Hargreaves plc, where he worked under the Land & Estates Director managing the property portfolio and coordinating with stakeholders, joint venture partners, and consultants to enhance value through planning consents and site acquisitions.
Previously, Tim worked as a Business Space agent with property consultants King Sturge and Lambert Smith Hampton, advising a wide range of commercial developers and occupiers on acquisitions and disposals.
Now part of Harworth’s Business Space team, Tim supports the asset management of the commercial property portfolio, working closely with appointed agents to reduce void levels and improve rental income.
