Tim brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and a proven track record of leadership across major markets in Florida. Most recently, he served as Florida Market Leader at Cresa, where he was responsible for expanding the firm’s presence throughout the state. Prior to that, Tim held senior roles including Florida Market Director at JLL, Senior Managing Director of Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield, and held key leadership positions at CBRE and Newmark.
Throughout his career, he has overseen business lines serving both occupier and investor clients, including tenant representation, agency leasing, property management, project development services, and capital markets.
