Tim Robinson is Head of Commercial at Knight Frank, where he has built a career spanning more than 30 years with the firm. He has led the commercial business through challenging market conditions, delivering strong revenue and profit performance while expanding higher-value consultancy and recurring income streams.
He has been elected as the firm’s next UK Managing Partner and will formally assume the role in April 2027, succeeding Stephen Clifton. In this position, he will lead Knight Frank’s UK business, overseeing both Residential and Commercial operations across its national office network, and will be responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, governance and overall performance in its home market.
As part of this transition, Robinson will also become Chair of the UK Board and will continue as a member of the Group Executive Board. A transition period is underway ahead of his appointment, supporting an orderly handover and continued delivery of the firm’s long-term UK strategy.
