Tim Roseboro has over fifteen (15) years in the commercial real estate industry, with a particular focus on capital markets and financial structuring. Prior to joining Concordis Key Advisors, Tim held senior level positions at TheReinvestment Fund, Wachovia and First Union Banks where he developed an extensive background in negotiation, deal structuring, underwriting and project management. In addition, he is a seasoned relationship manager having been employed for a number of years as Vice President at the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) focused on business development and customer relations. During Tim’s tenure at PIDC he served as primary project manager for a portfolio of over $2 billion in real estate development assets. Tim is experienced in creating sophisticated financing structures that include Tax Incremental Financing, Tax Exempt Bond financing and other conventional and non-conventional financing instruments. His portfolio of business has included The Philadelphia Eagles Lincoln Financial Field, The Phillies Citizens Bank Park, The Kimmel Center for Performing Arts and the National Constitution Center.
