Bio
Tim Wilson has been with Colliers International (Quebec) Inc. since 1987 and is the longest serving member within the Downtown Montreal office. Tim's area of expertise is in Tenant Representation, primarily acting on the tenant's behalf.
Tim's primary focus is to assist tenants in negotiating, or renegotiating, office lease transactions. Tim’s approach to tenant representation is to uncomplicate the real estate process, and in effect become their in-house real estate resource. At the same time, Tim assures that the tenant’s optimal real estate solution is achieved. He acts as a one-stop shop for his clients in terms of planning, financial analysis, construction management etc.
