Timir was born and raised in Chicago and has spent his entire life in the Chicagoland area. Growing up, he enjoyed participating in sports across different leagues throughout the city and suburbs, enjoyed the various festivals that make the Chicagoland area fun, and lots of family time. Coming from a family with a background in real estate, finance, and engineering, Timir got his start in real estate as an investor in 2016 and shortly after decided to be a realtor to assist others in the home buying and selling process as well as getting into long term and short term investments. Timir originally came from a data science background and incorporated many of his data management and projections expertise into his real estate career and his client's home buying/selling process.
