Timothy Phillips joined Stream Realty Partners in 2021 and is an Associate with the Industrial team for the Charlotte market. Timmy’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to Leasing, Market Research, Tenant Representation, and Landlord Representation. Prior to joining Stream, Timmy worked for WME, a talent agency in New York City, before pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
Timmy graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a BA in Management Consulting from the Mendoza College of Business. He was also a 4-year letter winner on the Men’s Lacrosse team, where he served as a captain his senior season. Timmy’s competitiveness, tenacity, and attention to detail are proving to be valuable assets to Stream Realty.
