Bio
He has been selling real estate since 2007 and became part of Bozeman Brokers Real Estate in 2016.
Originally from Minnesota, Tim credits his upbringing with giving him a strong work ethic and a deep love for the outdoors. Although he has been skiing Bridger and Big Sky since the mid-90s, he has called Bozeman home since 2006. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah Angst, a local artist in Bozeman, their children, Hayden and Mikaela, and their lab/terrier mix, Bagley. His passions include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, hunting, and enjoying the beautiful playgrounds throughout Montana.
Tim truly enjoys helping people through the process of buying and selling real estate. As a real estate investor himself, his career gives him valuable insights that he uses to assist his clients. He takes pride in guiding clients through many types of real estate transactions, including residential sales and purchases, 1031 exchanges, income and commercial properties, first-time home purchases, out-of-state relocations to Bozeman, downsizing, and land and development.
