Timothy Frederic has a deep passion for Southwest Florida, where he grew up in Sanibel. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida and is an alumnus of the prestigious Rosen School of Hospitality.
Tim began his career as a successful McDonald's franchisee, managing nine restaurants in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers. His role involved site selection and development, ensuring successful operations in collaboration with corporate teams. After two decades in the restaurant industry, Tim transitioned to real estate development, successfully developing a 15,000 sqft shopping center. His negotiation skills secured leases with national brands like Dunkin' Donuts, achieving full occupancy quickly. He then obtained a Florida Real Estate License to further his real estate ventures.
Tim is passionate about community service, supporting organizations such as the Southwest Florida Ronald McDonald House and the Bobby Nichols Charity Foundation. He enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, boating, and cheering for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tim values family and his children, Landon and Emorie.
