Tim Hearn is a senior vice president in the Mid-Atlantic region where he specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial, flex and office properties and represents parties including landlords/tenants and buyers/sellers.
Before joining Trout Daniel , Tim was CEO and partner of Colliers International Baltimore providing development and brokerage services for clients in the Maryland area. Previously, he served as a senior managing director for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where his leadership responsibilities focused on the Mid-Atlantic Investor Services Suite. At JLL, Tim’s responsibilities included the development and execution of strategy for the property management group comprising 300 property management, accounting, and building engineering professionals engaged at over 40 million square feet of commercial buildings in the region. During his leadership, the Mid-Atlantic property management team was ranked No. 1 in revenue nationally by JLL, with two of its leaders being nationally honored by both JLL and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Tim attended Brown University and Loyola University Maryland and received an AB degree. He also holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
