Tim joined CB Richard Ellis in 2005 as a specialist in landlord and tenant representation for the leasing of office properties in the Indianapolis market. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Tim spent 20 years with Duke Realty Corporation, where he received numerous performance awards as a Senior Leasing Representative, specializing in office properties, build-to-suits and third-party construction projects. At Duke he closed more than 1,200 transactions totaling more than 8 million square feet, with a market value in excess of $700 million.
