Bio
Timothy is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Tim is primarily responsible for originating, underwriting and closing debt and equity placement transactions throughout the Midwestern United States.
Prior to joining HFF in January 2005, he was with Heitman Financial Services LLC for more than 10 years, where he served as a Senior Vice President. He was responsible for mortgage origination, deal analysis and oversight of the closing process. Over the course of his career, Timothy has completed in excess of $14 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
