Timothy C. Macker Sr. has been involved with the lease or sale of office, retail, and industrial space/buildings aggregating in the billions of dollars since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 1973. Mr. Macker had achieved “Top 20” nationwide on multiple occasions in the seventies and eighties as a salesperson at Coldwell Banker (now known as CBRE), and was consistently in the “Top 10” in Coldwell Banker’s Beverly Hills office.
Since founding WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company in 1988, Mr. Macker has built the company into the dynamic commercial real estate firm that it is today.
In 2000 WESTMAC affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial, and remained as a franchise for 18 years before returning to its independent roots as a privately held family business
