Timothy McDonald went through undergraduate to his MBA in Finance & Business Economics at the University of Notre Dame until graduating in 2003. He began at Wachovia Securities until becoming the Vice President of investments for Pitcairn Properties. There, he sourced and underwrote potential acquisitions for a private owner, operator and developer of real estate with approximately $1.0 billion in assets under management. He joined Eastdil Secured in 2010 and has worked as a Director specializing in mergers & acquisitions, valuation, and equity & debt placement.
