Tim Scott is a lifelong Northeast Kingdom local and a third-generation real estate professional who knows these roads, towns, and backyards in a way you only can by living here.
From early mornings at Burke Mountain to quiet drives through Peacham and Barnet, Tim has a real appreciation for what makes each corner of this area feel like home. He’s been helping buyers and sellers navigate the Vermont real estate market since 2001, working throughout St. Johnsbury, Lyndonville, Danville, and the surrounding Northeast Kingdom.
Vermont real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some homes sell because of the land, some because of the location, and some because of a feeling you get the second you pull into the driveway.
