Bio
Tina Fanelli Moraccini is a Calabasas-based REALTOR® with Rodeo Realty, widely recognized among the top real estate agents in Calabasas and the West San Fernando Valley. Known for her sophisticated marketing strategies and strong negotiation skills, she represents both buyers and sellers across Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Agoura, Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Studio City, Encino, and Bell Canyon. Licensed since 2017, Tina has closed 77 transactions totaling more than $50 million in residential sales, placing her among Rodeo Realty’s leading independent agents. She has earned the firm’s President’s Club, Director’s Circle, and Executive Club honors every year since 2018. A second-generation REALTOR®, Tina grew up surrounded by real-estate professionals—her parents and sister were all award-winning agents—which gave her a deep respect for client trust, precision, and results. Before returning to real estate full-time, Tina built an accomplished international career in marketing and public relations. Fluent in Italian, she served as Director of Special Projects for the Italian Consulate in Los Angeles, producing more than 1,000 cultural events throughout the western United States. She later founded Piccolo Chef, an award-winning children’s culinary academy, and authored The Piccolo Chef Cookbook, featured in national media for its creative approach to teaching families the joy of cooking. That experience in branding and communications gives Tina a distinct edge when marketing properties. Her listings are known for exceptional presentation—beautiful photography, polished storytelling, and targeted exposure to qualified buyers worldwide. She integrates digital advertising, social media strategy, and data-driven pricing analysis to help each client achieve the highest possible return. Tina specializes in luxury listings, relocations, and first-time buyers, with a strong focus on Calabasas Highlands, Greater Mulwood, and $1 million–$5 million homes across Los Angeles and Ventura County. Featured on the cover of Calabasas–Hidden Hills Living Magazine, she is celebrated for her integrity, authenticity, and community leadership. When she’s not serving clients, Tina enjoys cooking with her husband and daughters, staying active in local charities, and contributing to the vibrant Calabasas community she calls home.
