TJ received his commercial real estate license in 2003 and appraisal license in 2013 and has spent his career underwriting, marketing, and negotiating the sale of real estate investments in the St. Louis Metro Area and throughout the Midwest. TJ’s dedication and professionalism, as well as his experiences and critical thinking, drives immense value for both his clients and his company. TJ has over fifteen years of industry experience. TJ has spent two years at a boutique investment firm, Balke Brown, and prior to that seven years at CBRE focused on office investment sales, closing over 6M square feet at over $700 million in investment sales. Prior to that, TJ spent over five years at Integra Realty Resources (IRR) focused on commercial real estate appraisals, producing valuations for over $1.5B worth of commercial real estate. TJ has continually been recognized as a top producer everywhere he has been, even being asked to participate in the National Mentorship Program at CBRE.
