Toby is an equity partner of Michael Elliott with over 10 years’ experience in the Central London investment market. Toby began his career at DTZ following a Master’s degree at South Bank University
Toby has advised on more than £1.5 billion worth of investment deals. His clients include high net worth individuals in the Far East, Middle East and Eastern Europe, as well as several major UK institutions. Notable transactions include the purchase of Kings Mall Shopping Centre, Hammersmith for £153 million, the purchase of Bond Street House for £112 million, the purchase of Céline, Mount Street for £81 million and the purchase and subsequent sale of 60 St Martins Lane for £81 million.
