Toby Rogers serves Hillwood as Executive Vice President, focused on developing the company’s portfolio in expanding markets of the South-Central U.S. In 2022, his role grew to include tactical leadership of the greater Western U.S., such as Denver and the Inland Empire. In addition, Toby is shaping far-reaching corporate initiatives and the prospect for Hillwood’s next generation.
Toby joined Hillwood in 2008 after spending over five years on the industrial leasing and development side of the business at Trammell Crow Company, where his real estate career began. His numerous roles and responsibilities have included financial analyst, marketing and leasing, land and building acquisitions, development, market leader, and most recently, regional leader. He is currently responsible for land and building acquisitions, joint ventures, development, and leasing in the key logistics markets in the South-Central United States.
Toby received his MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University.
