Toby Wilson began his hospitality career at 18 and quickly paired hands-on experience with a degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama. By 22, he was part of the Hampton Inn management team. Five years later, he founded Wilson Hospitality, starting with two properties in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
