Todd Collins is the Founder and CEO of Red Hill Ventures, a Charlotte-based investment firm with operations across North Carolina, Texas, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. The firm specializes in commercial real estate, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and master-planned community development, while also investing in and managing a portfolio of operating businesses through all phases of growth, including private equity exits.
In addition to leading Red Hill’s real estate platform, Todd oversees the firm’s portfolio of operating businesses, which includes ventures such as City Kitch, Raise the Grade, Charge OnSite, and other companies where Red Hill provides active operational oversight. These assets are professionally managed by Red Hill's in-house leadership team.
A native of Houston, Texas, Todd earned his B.A. from Morehouse College and his MBA from George Washington University. He began his career at Accenture, a leading global consulting firm, where he led projects across the financial services and federal sectors, developing expertise in bank mergers, process automation, system architecture, and software development.
Todd later founded Nationwide Compliant, a technology company that automated county court transitions. Under his leadership, the company became a market leader before being acquired by one of the world’s largest private equity-backed technology firms.
Deeply committed to economic mobility and entrepreneurship, Todd has founded Red Hill Capital, a venture fund focused on technology and real estate investments, and partnered with local leaders in Charlotte to create an impact investment fund supporting early-stage minority-owned businesses.
