Bio
Todd Compagno serves as Managing Director of Finance and Operations for Bridge Development Fund Manager and the Opportunity Zones Strategy. Todd has over 22 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry from acquisitions and dispositions to property management and development. He has served as a controller for property management, brokerage, and construction and development companies ranging from affordable multifamily housing to office, retail, and industrial properties. Todd has also closed dozens of projects on his own and with partners ranging from single family rehabilitations and rentals to small apartment projects since 1999. He developed property from raw land through to entitlement, working directly with architects, engineers and city officials to design and built out the infrastructure for a small single-family subdivision in Springdale Utah, the gateway to Zion National Park.
Todd is currently a member of the valuation committee at Bridge for the Multifamily, Workforce & Affordable Housing, and the Opportunity Zone strategies. Prior to Bridge, Todd was with Fore Property Company, a market rate and LIHTC multifamily developer out of Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked as the corporate controller. Prior to that, he was with The Marnell Companies, one of the largest casino architects and developers in the Country.
