Bio
At the age of nine, Todd built his first raft using Styrofoam, plywood, and chicken wire. He and his father launched it into the Colorado River and floated 39 miles downstream on a camping adventure — a modern-day Huck Finn experience. By the age of ten, he had already started his first job in home building. After earning a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, he returned to his passion for building.
Over the years, Todd has overseen construction and customer care for individual projects, master-planned communities, and regional divisions. With more than two decades of experience in the home building industry, he is well-suited for his role as Vice President of Operations at JM Weston Homes.
To Todd, success isn’t measured by the number of homes built. It’s about taking pride in the work, ensuring customer satisfaction, and being the kind of builder that trade partners enjoy working with.
