Todd is responsible for the strategic planning and ongoing growth of the Finard Properties portfolio. In his capacity as the Chief Executive Officer, Todd oversees the pursuit and execution of new business opportunities.
In the nearly twenty years that Todd has been involved in the world of real estate development, he has endeavored to become an active leader in the communities in which the company is present. As a result, he is the Chairman-Elect of Hebrew SeniorLife and additionally involved at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Combined Jewish Philanthropies, and several other non-profits. Todd earned a BA from Tufts University and pursued an MBA at University of Utah.
