Todd Givens serves as Vice President of Construction in the Carolinas and oversees in-house and third-party pre-construction. Mr. Givens joined Mill Creek in 2019 and has more than twenty eight years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Givens was previously a Senior Project Executive, where he oversaw all phases of new construction for several multifamily projects in the New Jersey region.
Mr. Givens is a member of our New York, New Jersey and Carolinas regional hiring committee and has experience hiring and identifying associates for various roles. He is a driving force behind Mill Creek’s construction standards, including refining Mill Creek’s proprietary Bright White Line process between development and construction.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Givens was the Senior Project Manager with AMEC, LLC. While there, he was an innovative leader for a start-up GC division, and established processes, documentation flow, and Procore implementation. Mr. Givens has worked with several construction companies in various capacities over the past twenty eight years. His experience includes mixed-use development, high-end single family residential construction, and multifamily mid- and high-rise.
Mr. Givens played football at Central Connecticut State University and remains a strong member of the Blue Devils alumni group.
