Todd Huber is Head of Asset Management at BISON Partners, a retail-focused real estate investment and operating company targeting value-add opportunities across the Western United States. He brings eight years of experience from Paragon Commercial Group, where he served as Senior Vice President of Investments, leading retail acquisitions, development, and asset management across Southern California. At BISON, Todd oversees investment performance and execution across a growing portfolio of grocery- and drug-anchored centers, experiential multi-tenant retail, covered-land plays, and single-tenant developments. He works closely with the firm’s leadership to translate acquisition strategy into operational and financial results and is based in the firm’s South Bay–Los Angeles County office.
