Todd is a trusted advisor for many institutions and corporations specializing in the development/leasing and sale of land, office/warehouse, high-tech, office showroom and low-rise office space in the Dallas-Fort Worth Region. Prior to joining Ironwood Realty Advisors Todd was a principal at Younger Partners Prior in their Industrial division which focused on 3rdparty leasing and management for institutional Industrial property owners. Todd owned and operated Lone Star Realty Advisors. Todd previously was responsible for Republic Property Company’s operations in the South-Central U.S. Todd oversaw all aspects of acquisitions, development and market expansion in his region. While with Transwestern, Todd negotiated sales and leases exceeding approximately $225 million representing approximately 4,500,000 square feet. Todd was involved in three development projects in 2007 in excess of 1,520,000 square feet. Todd spent nine years with Fults/ONCOR International where he served as a specialist in industrial and office sales and leasing and was later promoted to vice president. He completed approximately 150 transactions with Fults, totaling over $100 million in value. Todd spent three years as construction manager with Trammell Crow Company’s Baltimore division and managed the development of a 50-acre park known as Techwood, which included the construction of 420,000 square feet of shell space and 225,000 square feet of interior improvements.
