Bio
Todd is responsible for oversight of a current portfolio including more than 2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space. He is responsible for all new development initiatives and acquisitions. Todd graduated with a dual degree in finance and English from Boston College in 1993 and later received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006. His career began on Wall Street at Lehman Brothers, and later he moved to Los Angeles where he worked for UBS for 10 years. He joined McKenzie Properties in 2005 and has been engaged in 18 projects throughout the Reno/Sparks area. Todd is committed to enhancing the northern Nevada community and currently serves as Chairman of the Finance & Investment committee at Renown Health and on the Board of Directors at Renown Health and has previously served as the President of the Northern Nevada NAIOP.
