Todd Parker is Managing Director of Development for Rockefeller Group’s Southeast Region. Mr. Parker’s responsibilities include leading the Atlanta-based industrial team in capitalizing on the exceptional growth of the region through the sourcing and development of strategic properties throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Parker spent over six years at Hillwood where he served as Executive Vice President and Market Leader for the Southeast Region. He significantly expanded the Southeast Region of the company and oversaw the acquisition and development of over 18 million square feet of industrial product. Previously, Mr. Parker was Vice President and Regional Director of the Southeast at the Rockefeller Group. Earlier in his career he had long stints at Oakmont Industrial Group and Duke Realty working in the financing, leasing, and development of industrial and office properties.
