Todd Platt is Chief Executive Officer of Hillwood, which encompasses all of Hillwood’s industrial, residential and investment business in locations outside of AllianceTexas and Hillwood Urban.
Platt began his industrial real estate career in the Dallas/Fort Worth market in 1981. Since joining Hillwood in 1999, he has been involved in sale/lease and development transactions valued at approximately $20 billion.
Platt is active in the Dallas community and currently serves on the advisory board of the Center for BrainHealth and the Military Services Advisory Committee for the George W. Bush Presidential Center and is an active supporter of numerous military causes in Dallas. He is a past president of the North Texas Chapter of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and previously served on the building committees for the Dallas Holocaust Museum and The Legacy Senior Communities.
Platt attended the University of Missouri where he studied real estate and general studies.
