Bio
Todd joined BND Commercial as part of the Goldstine Knapke acquisition in August 2010. He began his career in real estate in 1995 and is currently a partner with RCI Development, an affiliate of BND that specializes in the development of residential subdivisions, manufactured housing, self-storage facilities, retail shopping centers, multi- and single-tenant retail buildings, industrial parks, and sporting complexes. Prior to working in real estate, Todd owned an insurance investigation firm and a real estate auctioneering company.
Todd is a graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is actively involved with the Fort Wayne Youth Hockey League and the Pine Valley Junior Golf Program.
Todd and his wife, Jill, have three boys: Alec, Jake, and Nick. In his spare time, he enjoys hockey, golf and deep-sea fishing.
