Todd Sloan has spent nearly two decades in the healthcare real estate sector, and brings extensive experience and established relationships to his role at UDLR. Based in Atlanta, Sloan spent the last decade at HTA/HR where he was responsible for the company’s east coast leasing and business development. In these roles, he curated a MOB portfolio that totaled almost 13 million square feet, while also sourcing investments and driving business development with health systems and large physician groups.
Sloan’s professional journey also includes an 8-year tenure as the Vice President of Leasing & Sales at HealthAmerica Realty Group, a prominent healthcare brokerage firm in the Southeast.
