With more than 44 years of experience in business ownership, brokerage, marketing, sales, and general management, Todd has always lived by one guiding principle: do the right thing, always.
He combines that philosophy with old-fashioned grit and determination to achieve every goal in front of him—never, never, never giving up. Todd believes commercial real estate is a relationship-driven profession, and he thrives on creating opportunities that bring people together for a common good. As a commercial real estate advisor, nothing excites him more than connecting the right tenant with the right landlord or matching the right buyer with the right seller.

When he’s off the clock, Todd can be found outdoors—no matter the conditions. He loves spending time with his wife and helping their children navigate life. Hiking, biking, and playing outside together are among his favorite ways to enjoy the great outdoors.
