Todd has been a full time real estate professional for 38 years. He grew up in the Enchanted Valley on Lake Chatuge (Towns County, GA and Hayesville, NC) and is involved in the small town fabric of life there. Todd specializes in lake, luxury, and unique mountain properties on Lakes Chatuge, Burton, Rabun, and Blue Ridge. He also has vast experience with lake, waterfront, luxury and unique mountain properties, land developing, 1031 tax deferred exchanges and hunting & fishing properties. Todd lives on the banks of the Hiawassee River with his wife Vicki.
