Bio
Todd Vitolo’s effectiveness as a reliable, results-driven real estate specialist is fueled by his unparalleled commitment to service. Armed with exceptional interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills, Todd works extremely hard to streamline even the most complex transaction for every buyer and seller he represents. While his utmost goal is certainly to achieve the most prompt, financially sound outcome, what further drives his success is the underlying motive to make his clientele’s dreams come true. Todd brings many assets to his real estate career from a distinguished background in law, where he practiced for five years at an upscale Wall Street commercial litigation firm. While he was well on his way to becoming a successful trial attorney, Todd redirected his energies to real estate in order to utilize his skills in a more personal and meaningful way. Todd is the utmost professional. His impressive ability to protect his discerning client’s best interests in an ethical, professional manner has earned him well-deserved respect and loyalty with his clients and his peers. Currently living TriBeCa, his home for over eight years, this native New Yorker continues to be motivated by a deep interest in the real estate market and an intense fondness for the diversity of the city. A graduate of George Washington University in Washington, DC, Todd earned a BA degree in Political Science then received his law degree from New York Law School. Prior to entering real estate, Todd also worked in advertising at TriBeCa-based Paper Magazine. He was also highly involved in several family owned businesses which included classic car restoration and racing, and helping to build two fine SoHo restaurants. In spare time, Todd enjoys multiple pastimes, from perfecting the culinary skills he cultivated while living in Florence, Italy, to searching for the perfect meal here in the culinary capital of the world, to volunteering his time as a big brother to high school students.
